My First Time

This is my very first time contributing anything to the World Wide Web! I never thought I was that kind of girl, but look at me now. I was truely inspired by one of the greats, Miss MallyMcNally whose blog almost made me cry. Who would have thought that something called a "blog" could make me cry?

As much as I would like to write something deep and profound right now, its not going to happen. I'm sitting at my computer in my tiny little office, surrounded by a gazillion people, in the middle of the suffocating suburbs of Chicago. Its hard to imagine anyone being inspired to write anything remotely moving in an enviornment like this. Yet, I know that there are lessons to be learned, ideas to share, imaginations to cultivate, and poetry to be written...even here.
